Automated Production is an international manufacturer and supplier of metal products, specializing in plate cutting, fabrication, machining, equipment repair, and remanufacturing services. The company has been in existence since 2001 with its operations located in Broussard, LA. Automated Production’s management and employees are committed to working together as a team with our customers by providing quality products and solutions on time.
Quality Policy
It is the policy of Automated Production to provide products and services that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. We also strive to continually improve our business processes, quality systems, and customer relationships.
Quality Statements
Management ensures that criteria and methods needed for the operation and control of all quality management system processes are determined, managed, and effective and that planning of the quality management system is carried out to meet the requirements of API Specification Q-1& ISO 9001 standards.
Automated Production’s customer satisfaction goals begin and end with the customer. Our processes are to shown represent activities directly associated with achieving product realization and customer satisfaction. We are committed to implementing a variety of key elements in our quality management system that are integrated into all aspects of the product realization process. Our QMS elements are interwoven into all aspects of our business which are used to achieve our quality objectives, Customer Satisfaction, and On-time delivery.
